Refund policy
The satisfaction of our customers is extremely important to us. If you want to proceed with an exchange, write to us at info@ouiboutiquesensuelle.com. Items must be returned within 20 days of the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping is your responsibility.
Oui Boutique Sensuelle is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. We recommend using a secure shipping method with a tracking number.
We reserve the right to refuse the refund of an item if it is not in new condition or if it is not packed in its original box.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
DEFECTIVE OR ERRONNEOUS ITEMS :
You must contact us at info@ouiboutiquesensuelle.com within 20 days of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item is defective, we will offer a replacement or refund of the price of the item and the original delivery charge.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@ouiboutiquesensuelle.com.
Return Policy for Intimate Products:
We understand that you want to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us, however, for hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for intimate products.
