Are all the vibrators and toys sold on your site IPX7 waterproof?
Most of our products have an IPX7 rating and can be submerged up to 1 meter under water for up to 30 minutes: you can therefore take it in the shower or in your bath.
Some vibrators are not recommended to be completely submerged for an extended period of time; we advise you to read the instruction manual carefully before use.
How do I clean my sex toys?
We recommend cleaning with mild, unscented soap and water before and after each use. This goes for anal plugs, dildos and vibrators.

How long is the warranty?
All our vibrators have a warranty between 1 year and 15 years. We advise you to take note of the warranty instructions found on the box of your toy.When using our vibrators we recommend using a water-based lubricant.
A distinction is mainly made between "water-based" lubricants and "silicone-based" lubricants. Water-based lubricants are easy to use and suitable for application with condoms, but they evaporate over time.
Silicone-based lubricants are not compatible with some silicone-based products.

How to use a Satisfyer with Air Pulse technology?
Satisfyer devices with patented Air Pulse technology stimulate the clitoris with contactless pressure waves. When you use your Satisfyer, its silicone tip should fit precisely around your clitoris: this way, the motor remains silent.

My Satisfyer device is not working, what can I do?
First, make sure the device is fully charged. If your Satisfyer device is defective, please contact our customer service ( service@satisfyer.com ) and we will refund the product against proof of purchase.
First check whether the device is actually defective: Before using your Satisfyer for the first time, the device must be fully charged. The first charging process can take up to 3.5 hours. In very rare cases, the device may prove to be defective, which is why the brand offers a fifteen-year warranty on all Satisfyer devices. Customer service (contact: service@satisfyer.com ) will refund the product against proof of purchase.

I confirmed my purchase too quickly, can I modify or cancel my order?
All orders are automatically processed, labeled and sent to our next day shipping department. You can still contact us at info@ouiboutique.shop within 12 hours of your order and we can modify it for you.
I placed an order but never received a confirmation email, what should I do?
The first step is to check your spam box and, if you use Gmail, the various tabs (e.g. promotions, social networks, etc.).

How is the order delivered?
Delivery is made by our shipping service providers UPS and Canada Post.Can I specify another delivery address?
Yes, during the order process you will be asked if the shipping address is different from the billing address. If an order has been placed but has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service (info@ouboutique.shop) and we will change the shipping address if this is still possible.
